We want you to love your Sip Savants purchase. Because each piece is a limited-edition,
handcrafted design, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis to keep things fair
for everyone.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery
at sipsavants@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we
confirm the problem, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Not What You Expected?
If you receive your order and it’s just not what you were hoping for, reach out to us within 7 days
of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution — whether that’s an exchange for a different
design or a store credit. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
What We Can’t Accept
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
• Requests without photos or an order number
